The wealth of experience gained is through sheer struggle and hardships. Every moment of the day was a challenge which we could manage well by keeping the goal in the mind.
The business is a team game is an important lesson for everybody in the group. Prior, it was only a one-man show trying to arrange and organise anything and everything that was needed to keep the business afloat. It was enough for getting snowed down and developing the syndromes of failure, and self as well as business health complaints.
It was difficult to accept view the dreams getting shattered in a short time frame.
Fortunately, the approach of getting help helped me and associated. We hired a business coach to have our business inspection.
We followed and applied the solutions accordingly. Here we are now helping others not to do anything by adopting the trial and error method but a proven way. This will ensure your success and save time, stress and importantly the dream.
